Colin Satchell and Sandy Brown have developed a long lever rose-jointed quick shift kit for the 106. This is it:
Affectionately known in 106 circles as the SatchShift kit, Colin sent it on the 10th December and it’d then been jammed in the Christmas post.
It’s nicely made down to the grease nipples on the rose joints. I’m looking forward to getting it trial fitted and using it once the car is back on the road.

I’m considering a satchshift but need a special to fit BE3 box with modified selector arm. Couls you please give me Colin Satchell’s contact details.
Also, am I right in thinking you fitted a Corsa rack (and electric PS column) to your 106? This is VERY interesting. What can you tell me. Any bump steer problems?
