I’ve decided it’s time to shift the GTI, so after replacing the now flat battery and leaving the car running whilst I gave it a much needed wash, I carried out an oil and filter change. Filled the engine up with fresh Motul and tightened the handbrake up. Everything else seems in good shape so it just needs to go off for an MOT now.
