After a summer of (occasional) use the Rallye was SORNed in autumn and has been hiding out in the garage. As I’m selling this one on this year, it was time to do a few little jobs before putting it in for a new MOT and getting it on the market. First job to sort out the rear arches.

Started on the near side first, things are always worse than they look when it comes to the rot – wheel arch side:

The exhaust heatshield has seen better days. The next job is to take that off and check the whole seam of the boot floor to wheel arch join to work out if more chopping out is needed.
