After chopping out what appeared to be the bad bit of the bumper mounting bracket and then a bit more… and more… and more, I just decided the whole thing was shot and just drilled it off. I’ll get a new one from Mark Yates at 106parts because it’ll be too time consuming to fabricate a replacement up. Besides the time it would have taken is now better served tackling this:
