Took the gearbox down to SWR Motorsport to get some work done. On the way, stopped off at PUG1OFF and picked up an alternator pulley wheel to go on the engine.
To go with that, it’s time for some weight loss, so the original cast alternator bracket is coming off.
The alternator bracket is a big hunk of steel with a load of surplus mounting points.
Initial fabrication of the light weight mount completed, needs some refinement.
