Part arrival of parts. Waiting for a few more bits and pieces to come in the post and then the Rallye will be back on the road. Pads turned up for the HiSpec callipers, I’ll try some M1144s for the road and look at getting some M1166s for track.
Pads are much cheaper in this fitment than for the standard 106 Rallye/GTI setup.
Some ThermoTec Copper Heatwrap for the exhaust manifold to help manage the heat. This is what they use on works Subaru’s so it’s good stuff. Just waiting for some new manifold studs and metal cable ties now.
Rallye Project 
I’ve just put some EBC Red Stuffs on the Mondeo ST and they are awesome, was tempted by the 1144’s but couldn’t quite justify the extra cost for them. I have heard excellent reports about them though đ
